How Do I Place an Order?

Click on the "add to cart" button to add your items to your shopping basket. When you've finished browsing, click the basket in the top right corner of the screen to pop into our check-out area where you should find it straight forward to complete your order via Paypal or card.  

The postage displayed is for Mainland UK only. Please get in touch if you require postage to somewhere further afield such as the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Ireland, Europe etc.

We aim to dispatch goods within two working days after receiving payment by the most economical method to the customer. If you require your item sent more quickly, there is the option to purchase Express Delivery on the check-out page.

We are always mindful of our impact on the environment. The majority of our packaging has been used before so may look less than pristine, but it still does the same great job in protecting your items. Thank you for your understanding.

Returns Policy

Here at Appliance and parts.co.uk we do everything within our power to make sure that our customers feel totally at ease when coming to us for their appliances and spares. This means that aside from other aspects, security of our customers' payments and data is right at the top of our list of priorities. With this in mind we use PayPal or Wix Payments for card transactions for all our online sales and for the larger items/appliances and non-courier items we will accept cash payments on collection. This allows you to inspect the item before deciding what's right for you!

We aim to give you the best customer satisfaction we can. If you have a problem with your purchase please don't hesitate to contact us about anything at all.

Please note that all of our items are security marked to avoid fraud and misuse of the returns process. We recommend that all parts are fitted by a competent engineer as returns with faults or damage caused by poor installation will not be accepted.

We do not accept returns for printed circuit boards and control units, these units are tested 100% and also security marked.

If you have a problem with your item within the first 7 days of purchase, please contact us. Items reported as faulty within this period must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all supplied accessories/paperwork etc. Incomplete items will not be exchanged or refunded. Return of faulty items must be via a trackable method in order for a refund to be given. All returned items will be fully tested and inspected for any signs of misuse. Items identified as such will not be exchanged or refunded. PLEASE NOTE ALL OUR ITEMS ARE SECURITY MARKED TO AVOID FRAUDULENT CLAIMS AND MISUSE OF THE RETURNS PROCESS. Damaged goods must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of the item. If packaging is damaged on arrival please advise the courier. PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE OF FAULTY OR DAMAGED PURCHASES MUST BE SUPPLIED BEFORE ANY REFUND OR REPLACEMENT IS ISSUED. THIS CAN BE DONE VIA OUR CONTACT PAGE.  RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE RECEIVED BACK WITH US WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE DATE.

RETURN ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN FITTED AND USED 

We cannot evaluate items that have been fitted as being good or not, therefore any items that have been fitted we will for the most part not be able to refund.  ALL our spare parts are BRAND NEW and GENUINE BRAND items NOT cheap copies, hence we will not be able to re-sell them in our shop without compromising the integrity of our business. Subsequently, only a 50% refund of the original purchase price will be issued as they are no longer saleable. All our returns are evaluated by an experienced appliance engineer to detect any signs of use or failure. 

 

RETURNS DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND
If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, then a voucher for the value of the item will be issued.  This may be exchanged/put towards a purchase from our shop and will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

PLEASE NOTE - OVEN GLASS IS CLASSED AS A CONSUMABLE AND THEREFORE NOT WARRANTIED.
 

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL PCBs AND CONTROL UNITS ARE SECURITY MARKED AND TESTED 100%. DUE TO THE DELICATE NATURE OF THESE ITEMS, WE RECOMMEND THEY BE FITTED BY A COMPETENT ENGINEER AS RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR THIS EQUIPMENT. Unfortunately we do not refund return postage costs for items returned due to customer error, change of mind or no longer required.
